I can't donwload the huge patch. It stops at 200-400 MB and I have tried it at our company where we have a very good connection. Is there a change to split the upload like you did it for TLP 21 ?

Had try it with elhgame.cz as uloz is blocked in Germany. But I will try it again and again.
